In order to register for placement exams, you first need to log into mavlink. Please refer to the "trouble signing in" box to the right of the login for help. Once you are logged in, click on the placement exam links located inside the "bullseye" or "Admission Info" boxes (See below). A popup window will appear containing the placement exam registration form. Depending on your admission status, you will see one of the following boxes, but not both.
